Licensing

Start your trial, register a license key, and manage upgrades.

The Licensing page helps you start with the app, continue after the free trial, and register the license key you receive after purchase.

If you are using the free trial, the page shows how many trial days remain. The trial is fully functional, and Pro features are enabled during the trial.

Free trial

The free trial lets you use the app before registering a license key.

Use the trial period to confirm that the app fits your workflow. You do not need to enter a key while the trial is active.

Extend your trial

If a trial extension is available, the page shows Extend your Free Trial.

Use this when you need more time to evaluate the app. Trial extensions are shown only when the current app and license state support them.

Purchase a license key

Use Purchase a License Key to open the app purchase page.

After purchase, your license key is sent by email. Keep the email in a safe place so you can register this installation or contact support later.

Register a key

Enter or paste your license key into the key box, then press Register.

Copy the key exactly as provided. If the key is not accepted, the page shows Invalid License Key so you can check the text and try again.

After registration succeeds, the app shows a confirmation message and the Licensing page is no longer needed for normal use.

Manage licensing in Settings

After registration, use the License section in System settings to review and manage licensing for this installation.

Depending on the current license state, System settings can show:

  1. The current license state, such as Free Trial, Standard, or Pro.
  2. The registered license key.
  3. An upgrade key when a Standard to Pro upgrade applies.
  4. Unregister for removing saved keys from this installation.
  5. Purchase and upgrade actions when a Standard to Pro upgrade is available.

Upgrade to Pro

If the app supports a Standard to Pro upgrade and your current license can be upgraded, System settings shows the upgrade options.

Use Purchase to get an upgrade key, then enter the upgrade key in Upgrade from Standard to Pro and press Upgrade.

Unregister

Use Unregister in System settings when you need to remove the saved license keys from this installation.

The app asks you to confirm before unregistering. After unregistering, the installation returns to its trial state.

Unregistering is useful before moving a license to another computer or when support asks you to clear the registration on this installation.
